I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for well maintained, quiet complex located close to the Irvine Business District.

Nice on the outside, run down and outdated on the inside

Too expensive

This community offered charmingly designed apartments. The apartments boasted spacious light-filled rooms, full size washer and dryer units, walk-in closets, and attractive views. The amenities included two salt water pools, grilling areas, cabanas, a gym, clubhouse, and a tennis court. The Leasing Professional was friendly and energetic. She showed a true interest in meeting my needs.

The only item I saw which distracted and looked concerning was the stucco patch that the building had. The patch work did not look professional. The facility looked very clean and the landscaping was well done. Everything was so perfect so that anything that was not perfect, such as the stucco really stood out. I liked the events for the residents. I liked the decor of the rental office and the model apartment. Also, in the model apartment, there were two lights out in the bathroom. I liked that extra storage was available at a cost. I liked that additional parking was available at a cost. The pricing of the apartments were good but not great. I liked the promotion of waiving the first month and waiving the application fee. The leasing professional was friendly and upbeat. He had a lot of positive energy. He really liked the apartments.

Very nice community, beautiful floor plans and impressive staff.

I thought the apartment and community as a whole was great. I think the rent is too high. I did not like the apartment not having a dining room and the living room is too small.

The community had some nice amenities. The underground parking was a plus for security reasons.

A very nice area but the apartment was a little pricy for a two bedroom.

I felt that some of the amenities were not as extensive as some I am aware of. At other properties, I have seen theater rooms, game areas, personal trainers on site, and even fruit trees for the residents. The amenities at this site were average, simply a pool, fitness center, hot tub, and barbecue area. I did feel that the proximity to area attractions and the apartment layouts were what made this a great location.
