This was a clean and quiet community located in NW Fresno. Close to schools, shops, restaurants and public transportation, this community was also pet friendly! Amenities included two swimming pool/spa areas, a fitness center, clubhouse, covered parking, and well manicured grounds which were lovely to walk through. Apartments were spacious and came with washer/dryer, patios, and second floor apartments even had vaulted ceilings. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

The community amenities struck me as appealing. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the community was flawless and showed meticulous care. The leasing professional came across as captivating. What the community offered in exchange for the rental rate was tolerable.

My telephone experience was good. I would have answered at least four stars to every question based on the telephone conversation alone. My on-site experience was frustrating. It was a complete waste of my time, twice. I did not feel that this was a reflection of the leasing agent; however, it was a reflection of the community being under-staffed. I understand that she needed to take her lunch but she should have options, particularly during busy times.

The amenities I was shown were appealing. However, my assessment of the overall value was affected negatively by the lack of a playground and lack of a business center. The leasing agent was upbeat, positive and very comprehensive in the information she shared on the community. She was eager to meet my needs.

If you are looking in the Fresno area for an apartment you have to look at Lakeside Apartments. It is a gorgeous community with a large community room with a pool table and full kitchen. You also have a 24 hour fitness center along with 2 pools and a hot tub. There is a BBQ area near the 2nd pool. When you exit towards you will be surprised to find a large lake with a huge fountain and ducks. The apartments are very spacious and offer washer/dryers in them. This is a must see community.

the manager is very capable and knowledgeable of the industry. The friendliness shown made me feel at ease and welcome. The grounds are beautiful, colorful and well cared for. There was a feeling people here cared.

This is a terrific community located close to schools, shops and restaurants, with easy access to major freeways. This community has spacious floor plans with large bedrooms and ample storage space. This is a clean and attractive community affording you all of the amenities of home.

The Lakeside apartment community provides a lot of value for your money. Small but nicely appointed apartment homes, including community amenities such as pools, 24 hour fitness center, and friendly and knowledgeable staff make this a great place to call home!

I would have liked to see more remodeling. The shelves in the walk-in closet were bowed and coming up and the kitchen cabinets were too tall. I did like the pantry area and having walk-in closets. For the price I would expect more updates.
