I was impressed by the size of the apartment and exuberance of the leasing agent. The apartment was new and had high-quality furnishings. However, the lack of any picnic areas or playground space as well as the higher price of rent compared to other communities in the area were unappealing aspects. The community also lacked a whirlpool and business center.

This is a beautiful community with all of the bells and whistles you are looking for in a new home. There are several large floor plans to choose from with attached garages too. This is a must see for anyone looking for their "new home." This community is professionally managed by Maanco Abbott, a leading property management company here in the central valley.

The customer service experience was great. I felt very welcomed and inviting when I visited the community. If someone was looking for a very nice place to live, I would definitely recommend the community. The community had a great atmosphere and was very well kept.

This is a beautiful and well-kept apartment community which is very home-like due to the spaciousness of both the outside areas and the apartment floor plan. Its storage areas are remarkably large for an apartment.
