The community was nice and clean. The agent was friendly and she pointed out the pool and fitness center.

I would recommend this community based on the way these apartments are built. These apartments are not stacked which gives each residential apartment a
“Home” feeling.

The single level units were exceptional and gave one a home type feel to living rather than just another apartment. They were simple and spacious residences with a nice backyard as well.

The property manager and maintenance are the main reason I rated Birch Court so high!

It's a peaceful community. (In recent years there were thieves living among us, but now they are gone and peace is restored.)

I was impressed with the apartments themselves they were duplexes with a full garages in a gated community so it felt like a house. The neighborhood was quiet, the lawns and grounds were impeccable. I would be proud to live at the community.

This community was quiet and tucked away behind the Herndon/Cedar area near People's Church. The apartments were quite spacious and come with washer/dryer connections. The staff was accommodating and this community was pet friendly too.

I would based on the location, price and amenities. I would not or be less likely because there is not a uniform separation of units by land space. Also the fencing around many of the units is degraded or plain falling apart and has only been addressed by applying new coat of paint. The landscaping itself needs work. In my particular section, one side of the road the sprinklers all work and overflow into the street leaving a lush area, while the other side of the street is desolate and underserved.

This was a clean and quiet community that provided the amenities I was seeking. I would be comfortable living there.

This was a small, quiet community in the middle of a residential area. It was well maintained. The leasing professional was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

The community amenities struck me as appealing. The upkeep of common areas throughout the property was notable. The leasing professional came across as talented. What the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable.
