The consultant was wonderful, and I would have leased from her. The price for the apartment was a bit too high, as it could have used some upgrades.

The community was older but was kept up. The finishes were outdated and counters needed to be replaced. There were no air conditioners in the apartment except wall units in some. As far as the leasing team, they had an amazing team. I would lease based on their presentation.

The consultant was professional, friendly and explained the community in the best way I could understand. However, I was not able to view the one bedroom apartment when I arrived at the community. I was impressed with the studio that I saw.

Prime location, close to everything. The community was gated. I was greeted with a smile when the door opened. The community was clean, not one piece of trash. The signs were clear, the plants that were placed in the community were green and upright. No paint chipped. The elevator was clean and not make any noise. The community was quiet.

The community has nice amenities and spacious apartments, which also include a nice surrounding area. The price is very fair for what you would be getting. The leasing agent is very knowledgeable and upbeat. She made me feel welcome right from the start. She asked for good information and then used this information to focus on what was important to me. If you are looking for someplace that is not priced too high, then the location is decent, but off a busy street. The gym and clubhouse are tiny, but there is LA Fitness very close by.

This was an older property that had been very well maintained. It was immaculate in cleanliness and very homey and comfortable. There was a very personable, professional energy that existed there. The apartment was exceptional except for the fact that having a water heater in the closet in the bedroom seemed weird. The surrounding area was very accessible with stores and restaurants nearby.

The community is in an excellent location. It is within steps to public transportation. The beach is very near. It is close to downtown, shopping, dining and entertainment. The community is neat, clean and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and quiet.

The community was clean and the upkeep was notable. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and she came across as talented. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences and exhibited a level of engagement that was impressive. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was customized and the presentation of the community was admirable.
