Both staff members I met were very friendly and both seemed knowledgeable about the apartment community itself. The amenities were average, but nice all the same. The TV in the common room looked like it had cable and was there for residents to view anytime they wanted which was a plus. I liked the free WiFi they offered. The barbecues seemed a little bit too close together. The pool was very clean and sparkly and inviting and the grounds of the community were clean and looked very nice. The community seemed quiet. This consultant was friendly.

The community was in a great location with nearby dining, shopping and entertainment. It was within walking distance to all services. The apartment was spacious and had good natural lighting, a lot of cabinets and large spacious closets. The on-site laundry facilities were well-lit with ample washers/dryers and folding tables. The mailboxes are in the garage, very convenient. It was well maintained, and the leasing and maintenance staff was very courteous. A fitness center on-site was another plus. This community was a good value and a nice place to call home.
