I agree 100% the grounds need some special attention and that is my focus, we currently have an additional team member on this duty Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. I will have him pay special attention to your area of concern.

I hope we can set a time to speak about your experiences soon, I want to help improve your stay with us. We do have a "Community Cares" Night this Weds in the clubhouse at 5:30pm, the guest speakers are the patrol service, Blue Steel and Phoenix PD. They will be speaking on many of the concerns you have given us within the review. We are currently working on the grounds, lush green grass should be here within a week or so. In addition, we are looking to get all the trees trimmed back. We have so many residents that love the overgrown look and so many that don't, we are looking to make it great for all. The prior management did have a system in place that based rates off communities in the area which at times could be 7% increase, we hope you give our renewal rates a chance and that they will keep you here.
We want to ensure you feel the value for what you pay, we will have a team member on the grounds to ensure everything is up to your expectations.

This team member is no longer with us. We are working on removing the summer grass and seeding for winter grass, hopefully in a week or so you will see a beautiful lush green.
