It's a little pricy and I've found a little better places after I renewed my lease early. But it's okay to live here.

I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for an apartment. If there was one reason I would not it would have to be because of the pet waste that is not picked up from the owners. I am a animal lover but I pick up after my pets.

In the current state, I would not. I went online to check status and where Belara had four and five stars, the complex has dropped to a one and that made me very sad.

The complex looks fantastic. The pool area is amazing. Clean gym, the apartments are really nice, crown molding, track lighting nice countertops etc. The office staff really nice, Gilda is a major reason why I rented as she was very nice and had really good energy not just when she leased the apartment but throughout my stay she never made me feel like a transaction and that you can't teach. The young girl who works with her is very smart has been able to answer every question I have had and was very helpful with my last inquiry. From property manager to staff nest service I have had, and I have rented from 6 different properties.

Without discussing price, I would definitely recommend this place to just about everyone looking for an apartment in a 5-10 mile radius. However, when discussing price, I can't really recommend this place at all. Many friends have found nice (or nicer) two bedroom apartments for a better price than my 1 bedroom apartment.

The prior management did have a system in place that based rates off communities in the area which at times could be 7% increase, we hope you give our renewal rates a chance and that they will keep you here.

I've lived here for 5 years. I've seen the quality go down. From the maintenance of the grounds, to allowing people to back their cars in, use their garages as repair shops, and just fostering an environment where residents don't respect the community. It's unfortunate.

Young maintenance kid was rude to me. U guys almost towed my car even though it was on my parking spot. Left a towing sticker in my car. Maintenance refused to take it off
