Apt is very roomy and feels larger than it is because of the natural light coming in and is convenient to so many shopping areas.

The builder of the apartments did not have quality in mind. Lots of shortcuts taken with design. One of my countertops has a different film on the side then on the top. The toilet is not glued down to the floor, it moves around. There are cracks in the base boards where bugs crawl in and out. Bugs crawl up through the plumbing. The grabage disposal always smells no matter how hard we try to clean it. Dish washer gives the dishes a sour smell.... Just a lazy builder

very noisy neighbors, trash bags sitting by the doors for weeks, some neighbors hitting their doors hard when leaving or entering their apartments, daytime projects are not coordinated with residents who work night shifts and need to rest during a day.

I believe the no smoking policy is not right. Should been told. The amount of pets is shocking. They are loud and dirty. Smoking is a problem I dont think so.

I enjoy the location, cleanliness and pricing. Office staff has been exceptionally helpful! Hot tub area is great and Im excited for new grills because existing ones are outdated and dont distribute heat evenly.

Just wish there was a smoking area. This is a disappointment and an inconvenience. If I move this is why.

Office staff is great. I think the value is about right for the money. Biggest complaint is just the "upkeep" and maintenance around the grounds as of the past year or so. And kids riding bikes all over the place (and in hallways).
