I could very easily live in this community because of its location and design of the apartment. My only draw back is the price, which I think is on the high side for this size apartment. My impression of the staff member was positive, and she did her job in a very professional manner.

When I got to the property, I was not told about and features or amenities at all. They did not have an apartment to show and the agent I interacted with gave me a floor plan.

I did not feel important and I was kept waiting when I arrived.

Quiet, yet not very clean externally

The community is in a nice area, which is why I can understand the high rental rates. The service was okay, but nothing spectacular.

I thought it was odd the person I talked with on the phone never acknowledged me when I walked in.

This is a small community. They did not have any models available to show prospective residents at this time.

Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. Kristen was very engaging in conversation and made me right at home.

It is a quiet complex and the management are in top of the maintenance crew and they are doing an excellent jo.

I would say it is quiet, cleaned, and well maintained.

I like the place is very quiet but the apartment had some problems and we are waiting for the maintenance crew to repair it because they had to order some parts.

The community was nice and maintained up to standards. The agent was pleasant and professional.

The leasing agent was friendly and professional. She was knowledgeable and seemed to tailor the apartment to my needs.
