The leasing professional was upbeat and personable and built a great rapport with me. She found a two bedroom apartment that would suit my needs that was a good value for the rental cost. The apartment had a walk-in closet, full-sized washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances. The community had a pool, fitness center and business center. I would be happy living there and calling it my home. I would recommend it to others.

The property is an attractive, small community. The apartment had an interesting floor plan and the kitchen was exceptionally well planned. I would recommend it.

It is a nice community, however, I am paying the same amount for a three bed room, and the only notable difference is the appliance upgrade in the kitchen.

The only amenities I saw were the fitness center and pool area. I thought the rent was extremely high for only those amenities. There was nothing that really stood out to me that I would miss if I did not lease an apartment that day.

This is a nice community, with a recent remodel that makes for a very nice community with spacious apartments. The nicely remodeled apartments are beautiful. It is a well maintained community that is close to shopping and entertainment.

I enjoy living at Ingleside apartments - it's perfect It's great because Camelback Mountain is close by for hiking, there's a walking bike trail close by and there are plenty of nice places to go eat.

Pretty quite place, location is awesome.

I love here and recommend they should select it.

The apartment was nicely located in the center of shopping and restaurants in the area. There was a peacefulness that surrounded the community and upgrades really made the apartment stand out.
