Overall the experience was okay. I like the amenities and how it came with the washer and dryer. There is a lot that someone can do and that they offer to the residents. However, I was passed off to another agent and felt that the first agent did not care.

I felt like the price was amazing considering all that it includes. I have never seen an apartment community have a basketball court inside. The theater is amazing and the swimming pool is large. I love how the pool is open year round. The apartment had a lot of good features. I loved the fact that the two bedrooms were not right next to each other. There were a lot of features that I have never seen anywhere else.

This was a beautiful community. It had many nice amenities and beautiful features. The leasing agent was very organized and prepared. I could tell they valued providing great customer service to the residents. The pride of this community showed. I would not hesitate to recommend the agent and this community to family and friends.

I was blown away as soon as I walked in the front door, and then it just got better. The extra amenities that this property offers is truly impressive. To make them even better, the management accommodates many lifestyles by making the extras such as the business center, club house, and movie theater available during extensive hours. They even leave the pool open all year, heating it to 80 degrees to be ready for Spring Break!

When comparing this apartment and community to my current residence, I felt it was very comparable and somewhere that I would like to live. It had some nice features I do not currently have, such as a fireplace, but it was also lacking some that I currently have, such as a walk-in pantry and air conditioning. Overall, I thought it was a great value for the price.

The apartment I saw was absolutely beautiful and had a gorgeous ceiling fan and light fixtures. The amenities were also well above average. The leasing professional I worked with was exceptional and really did an amazing job with my tour.
