Recycling area needs to be corrected to be more effective. It's full of garbage and other junk/discarded items. Better organizing, bins, or signage would be helpful. It's awful on weekends! Staff tries hard to maintain it. I feel bad for them with the mess they have to clean. Paper recycling papers would be nice at mail areas. Parking areas are really tight. I have a compact car and often times have difficulties getting in or out of my car. Tarran in the leasing office is great!

Overall noise level is well controlled. Staff is responsive to barking dog complaints. Courteous staff. Landscaping looks good, pleasant surroundings. Maintenance staff is very friendly. Manager reviewed maintenance requests and followed up to ensure satisfaction. Charging $10 for online payment of utilities is outrageous! AUM is the only regular check I have to write. Insurance verification policy is invasive and big-brotherish.

I love my apartment and enjoy living here. However, nearly all of the stairwells smell, have damage of some kind, or need new carpet. It's embarrassing.

My biggest problem is parking. We have 2 cars and currently pay for 1 carport. We were told there are no carports available. We get home at 2:30 a.m. and one of our cars always has to get left behind the mailboxes or offices. There's no parking available or any opportunity to purchase parking. My only other issue is that kids around here seem to run wild. They're constantly playing with the storm doors, shutting to where we have to walk aoround the building to enter our apartment. Hitting balls towards windows, horseplay in the pools, and just being disrespectful.

I love living here. This is my 2nd time living at these apartments. Please don't raise my rent when I renew my lease.

We've been living here for almost a year now, and within this year, I have seen how quickly maintenance is done. Whenever there is a situation, it is quickly handled. If a problem comes up, I know I can depend on management to answer wtih clarity. There is a great sense of community.

Overall upkeep of property, exterior, landscaping, attentiveness to work orders, and problem resolutions are awesome and timely! Updated gym equipment, soda machine, and office are excellent! Wishing for movies in movie room. Movies and community events put in newsletter (yard sale more often, community office resident bulletin board.) Does lease agreement have a limit to # of cars per leased unit? Building K very difficult to find uncovered parking at all times of day, mostly at night. Fiancee and I have lived in unit for 4 years, how about an annual inspection of appliances and plumbing? Ensuring that appliances and plumbing are always in quality condition would be nice, especially for those who have lived in unit for a long time. Delivery service (packages/important mail) is lacking. We have not been receiving notices in mailbox of deliveries. Sometimes they are a hassle to track down, but prescriptions get delivered.

The maintenance staff is excellent, as are your grounds keepers.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

All maintenance has been kept up very well and in a quick manner. Don't have any complaints other then the trash getting filled quickly, but that's normal. Other than that, I haven't seen anything bad to report.

Most staff members are very friendly and accommodating. They make everyting as easy as possible and never confusing. The outside areas are almost always kept clean. However, the indoor carpeted hallways need to be cleaned more often. The "no smoking in public areas" rule is very poorly enforced, although that may be from lack of staff actually witnessing it.

Too many residents don't clean up after their dogs on the green areas, and it seems they get missed when maintenance is cleaning around the buildings. Parking is not great. We love the space of the units, gym, pool and playgrounds for the kids. The managers at the office are wonderful and very attentive.

Tarryn P. is knowledgeable and friendly. She helps immensely throughout the leasing and billing processes. She is a wonderful employee and agent for your company. She has been a great face to see walking into the offce. Eleanor, who is gone, was amazingly friendly as well. Sad to see her go.

Very quick response when something happens in the apartment, like our sink had a leak that was fixed that day.

Front office is very iformative, courteous, and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Noise from adjoining apartments can be problematic.
