I complained for at least seven months about boxes and storage items on patio. I could see from my apartment, very obvious from my patio. Was told someone checked area and never reported it. My comment was that if someone worked for me, they would be fired after all this time. Then, they didn't know which apartment it was. After all this time, I was told they left a note on the door and that if it was the correct apartment I shouldn't worry about ti because they were moving out anyway. Then, the man who has a smoker off his patio on the ground. He put up a chicken wire fence with posts. I kept calling on that one, finally got a nice fellow who came and looked. After two weeks, the fence was down. Now the smoker, barbecue, and some new plastic plants, bright orange and green, grace my view. When the orange plant was mentioned to one of the ladies in the office, she commented "oh, is his fence still up?" She was not even aware that the fence was gone!! Very aware and caring group. Trash containers are left out all day. When I move in over three years ago, this place was immaculate. It is still good, but I really don't know who manages this place. Maintenance is great, only used them a few times but quick to fix problem, courteous. The items I have complained about are in the open and seen by everyone. Also, the items that are in your guidelines for living here. Once called about someone doing laundry at midnight, office didn't know what hours quiet hours were. In other words, they can do laundry any time.

Visitor parking needs to be monitored, as many of the residents who own multiple cars and commercial autos take up the few spaces, leaving no room for real guests.

We are so impressed with the maintenance staff here. We have had a few issues that were quickly and professionally addressed. Our refrigerator stopped working, we called at 9 a.m., they were here by 9:30 a.m., and it was fixed by 11 a.m. We have had a great experience living here and would strongly recommend this complex!

We just moved in and we love it here! The leasing process was so easy, Michele helped so much.

Visitor parking is very limited. more dog waste locations would be helpful.

I am happy with my townhome. I was disappointed to have a rent increase of over $250 per month. I have never encountered such a huge increase and I feel I should have not been penalized because of the move-in special that was offered to me on my move-in date.

The maintenance staff and office staff have exceeded our expectations. The only problem we have had in 5 years has been the neighbors below us with their loud speaker system.

No parking. Very minor, but some reservations need to occur, such as updated appliances and lamps. Fix parking and do updates, then this would be the best in Denver.

Maintenane is fast, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. Improvements could definitely be done. They include updating the insides of the units. They are very dated and not worth the rent amount. Parking is awful.

I very much enjoyed living here. It is quiet, well maintained, and beautiful. My only suggestion for improvement is to have a staff member at the front office at all times.

People do not park in designated garage, they park in mail retrieval locations. Should be strictly enforced as there is no parking. The speed cars travel is not 10 mph.

Gloria is what you are doing right. She runs this place perfectly. Clean, friendly, beautiful, and well maintained.

Maria has been great. When I need something done, she's on it. Gloria also has been very helpful. Nancy in maintenance gets the job done and cleans up after herself.
