I would base on the comfort, safety, and closeness to available services.

This still remains an outstanding community after five years that we have lived here. The surroundings are clean and grounds well manicured. The office staff is very positive and willing to always support every resident This is a community that has become our home Thank You!

I like that the grounds and common areas are well maintained. Maintenance team is great. I like that my garage is attached and that my unit feels more like a townhome than an apartment.

I had a bate and switch when I moved in. Computer said I could move in at a certain time and when I came to lease, I was made to move in a week early. My mail box was entered and I ended up opening a PO Box fue to the difficulties with mail at the apartment. I believe it was one of your worker people now.

If someone is looking for a quite place and does not care about what the appliance packages look like then I definitely tell them about our apartment complex.

I would not recommend one way or the other. But I most definitely would tell anyone who asked me about living here all of the pros and cons. The "pros" are extremely important but the "cons" also need to be addressed.

It is a relatively good value. There are plenty of nicer complexes around, the general rent amount makes up for the lack of upgrades.

The only problem is the availability of parking. It is very difficult to bring guests over or to be trapped by large trucks that are doing tasks.
