Beautiful property. Caring staff I cannot ask for more

Most of hte time, office phone is not reachable. This number is alwys busy. Adding a second line would help.

I often have to contact maintenance for the same issue more than once. Also the people with their work trucks should have to park all their equipment in front of their apartment. It takes all guest parking in our area and makes it difficult to pull out of my garage when its near gate.

Gate operation has improved in recent months. jSolve the garage problem, order waste receptacles and improve cleanliness in garage. The 10% rent increase is excessive compared to previous year of 4%. Cabinet finish is poor quality and the windows are difficult to open and close

The main issue I have with the complex is the plumbing. Toitlets are always slow to ddrain. They make strange gurgling noices. You can never flush too much, clog easily and need maintenance often. Overall I love living here. I love the size of my apartment. I love how safe the area isw. I love the Staff!

Building structure, maintenance all around and quality recieved for your money are all points totally on point. Parking is horrendous and the way one of your staff members is treatly is abusively in fron tof people done is enought to strike a comment

Open parking has issues. Some residents park very far from their apartmetn. Maybe you could assign open parking spaces to residents, making them close to apartment. Parking lots need to be cleaned

Staff at McDermott Place is awesome. We are not happy with the dirt in front of our apts. Hasked many times to have something planted there. Rain from gutters has really made a huge pit in area.

Apartment doesnt have play fields for kids. The small areas is not enough for kids to play. Small Balls should be allowed for kids. Area for kids to play is miss. Apartment is overall satisfactory.

This was a very nice community for the price.

The grounds at the property was very well groomed and the office area is very open an inviting. The inside staircase, built in desk area, washer and dryer connections and garage options are a plus.

I was excited because the agent was excited about the community. Her pride in the staff and grounds was very comforting. Her attempt to offer more than one choice, and the fun she explained they had, made it intriguing. She listed all of the shopping available, and the easy access highways. The fact they had a yearly survey to better the service, was something I had never heard, and it was reassuring that they cared how to please all residents.

The communication process for things in the community has been disappointing. We get notices on our door after we get home from work that someone is entering the apartments the next day. It isn't enough notice as most of us would like to pick up and make sure things are in order and sometimes I don't get home until late at night. Even one more day's notice would make a world of difference. Also, the communications on the roofing has not been accurate. I received an email saying that if they worked on Saturday it would be 10-4. They were hammering on my roof before 9am and went past 5pm. Some of the weekdays they were there until 8pm. I appreciate the roof repair but the noise and having to wait for a pile of trash to be removed from in front of my garage to be able to park when I get home from work at 6:20pm is frustrating.

I would recommend upgrading the appliances in the apartments. They don't have to be fancy like stainless, but to have a more updated appliances, especially the microwave. I like having the side by side fridge. I would recommend knobs on the cupboard doors and drawers as well. Maybe faux wood floors in the entry, kitchen, bathroom as well instead of the tile. At least have it as an option. Glass top stoves would be nice if its possible.

For the price, the bigger one bedroom apartments have a lot to offer. The attached garage is a plus.
