I would recommend this apartment community because it is quiet, close to the freeway, has an attached garage, washer/dryer included, and is just a nice place to live. The office personnel are all very friendly. All of my maintenance requests are taken care of right away. I have no complaints.

On several occasions I have spent days tracking down my purchases with the vendor and being somewhat of a nuisance only to find that the office had my package for weeks but never notified me that it had been delivered to the office. There must be a way even if they made automated calls with some sort of scripted message.
I'm so sorry to hear you had this experience. We do accept packages as a courtesy from all the different carrier companies if a resident is not home to receive them or if the item is too big to fit into the parcel lockers for USPS. We sign for all packages and a notification automatically goes out to the resident's email through the carrier. You can find that information through the tracking number from your purchase. If a package is in our office for more than a day or two we try to make courtesy calls to let you know we have it here. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. This was a beautiful community located in Clovis across the street from Clovis Community Hospital. It offered a beautiful clubhouse with full kitchen, 24 hour state of the art fitness center and a gorgeous swimming pool/spa area. The community was also pet friendly! The apartments were very spacious and the upstairs apartments had vaulted ceilings. All the apartments came with ceiling fans, central heating/air, energy efficient appliances and dual paned windows and a full size stackable washer/dryer. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the staff was accommodating and friendly. This was a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call home.

If you are interested in a community with a Tuscany feel to it, please see Marbella. They offer arched entry ways with extremely spacious apartments. They have a pool and hot tub along with a fitness center and garages. Some are attached, others are not. It is a gorgeous community.
