This was a clean, quiet, and attractive community located on the edge of Clovis across from Clovis Community Hospital. There were several floor plans to choose from and all came with attached or detached garages, washer/dryer, the NEST system, and plenty of storage. Amenities include a state of the art 24 hour fitness center, swimming pool/spa area, clubhouse, 24 hour emergency maintenance, and courtesy patrol. Staff was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. This community was also pet friendly. This was a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call home.

Rent is very expensive for such an old place.

I would recommend the quite and peaceful environment. Parking is very much a challenge, and it difficult when you have multiple vehicles. Also difficult when you have family or guests visit.

The community was modern and in a perfect location on the edge of town. The property was pristine in regards to landscapijng and architecture.

The complex is jusy besutiful and the office staff are so welcoming and extremely prompt in managing any requests.

I have my elderly mother living wuth me. I feel very safe and comfortable with here here and leaving her alone during the day.

We really would not after living here. It looks good on the outside but not once you dwell in it.

This is by far my favorite apartment community I've lived in. When I have friends over, they often tell me that the inside feels more like a house than an apartment, and I agree. The staff is friendly, and all of my requests have been addressed in a timely manner.

It's a quiet, safe place to live, a great value, pet friendly, and many great amenities. For me, a garage and pool are important.

Getting to the Marbella Apartments was a bit challenging as the front entrance is not on the main street, but a side street that was not clearly marked. However, when I arrived to the property it was a very inviting community. The apartments are a striking brick red color with clean lines and space surrounding the entrance. The grounds are neatly trimmed but the trees are not yet mature enough to offer much in the way of shade. The pool and spa are clean and inviting, with a 24 hour fitness room in the leasing office building, The community is located near some shopping areas, however you will have to drive a bit to get groceries. The schools in the neighborhood are in the award winning Clovis Unified School district. The rent is very reasonable for this area.

Marbella community was very nice and inviting, I would definitely love to make this place my home.
