The location was not presented in a manner that caused me to envision relocating to the community. The community's amenities and upkeep were ordinary, but the rental rate was higher than the value of the apartment. The leasing professional and the services provided were routine and typical. The leasing professional came across very scripted and was not personable.

Clovis Courtyard was a nice community. It had a great location to parks, gyms and shopping. They offered events for the residents, such as barbecues, ice cream socials, etc. They had a wonderful staff and nice apartments.

This is a very nice community to live in, and everyone is professional and polite.

This management staff is by far one of the most supportive and helpful group of professionals I've ever lived under. They've worked with us when times were difficult and are quick to address what few repair problems we've had. The buildings are a little older but still comfortable for the price. Both pools and the grounds are very well kept. The community is primarily quiet families. We're friends with all of our neighbors.

Though leasing professional was friendly and open, she still focused more on selling the property and her skills than getting to know me as a person. We talked some at the end but the focus still was sharply on the lease of the property.

Everyone who works at Clovis Courtyard is terrific. I can't say the same about some of the the tenants, however.

The management was very friendly and helpful. I felt she would have gone out of her way to meet my needs.
