I REALLY enjoy where the property is located, still in the Clovis boundaries.
We do have such a great and convenient location here at Clovis Courtyard!! Located in beautiful Clovis Ca, in the award winning Clovis School District. We are close to the 168 freeway, Save Mart Center, Old Town and numerous shops and restaurants.

The only reason I would recommend this apt complex is solely due to the fact that it is the cheapest around the area. Other than that, there is nothing special that would draw someone in.

The community amenities struck me as ordinary. The upkeep of common areas throughout the property was flawless. The leasing professional came across as captivating. What the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable.

The landscaping and curb appeal was nice. There was no apartment available for me to tour.

Getting expensive
Market rates for apartments have been increasing the past couple years but Clovis Courtyard is still at a lower rate then most properties in our area.

I was not able to physically see the apartment.
We do not have a model unit at our complex and so when we are fully occupied I will not be able to physically show a unit. You are always welcome to stop by the property where I can give you more information and show you some floorplans and pictures. There was nothing really positively or negatively noteworthy about the property. It provided the basic amenities in a good location at a fair value. I might or might not recommend.

This is an affordable community on the Clovis city limits line close to the 168. Apartments are clean and move in ready. Basic amenities such as two swimming pools and laundry facilities are onsite. Very affordable especially if you are not looking for a lot of bells and whistles. Nice location and very friendly staff.

Clovis Courtyard was a nice lower-priced community right off the HWY. It was a good location, and a safe bet for the price.
