Apartment Review from a Current Renter

When I moved to Century Apartments, there was a good system where visitors could park (including overnight) in the general parking area. I was told there would be a new system but I have not been notified of the progress. Difficult to have visitors if I don't have visitor parking.

I love this community. It is safe and I feel like it’s our own little city.

Nice location. Nice staff
Dirty halls. Noisy outside.

I think it’s way too expensive to be living there. It’s not worth the price at which I’m paying for it. There’s way too much people there overcrowding everything, people on the boardwalk areas are on big trolley bikes that are dangerous and take up a big portion of the boardwalk. Too much construction at all hours of the day. Too far from the nearest grocery stores. People being reckless with cars sometimes in a small area, people on scooters on the sidewalks all the time. Too crowded to eat anywhere.

I will not and plan on voicing my opinion on social media about our experience.

Nothing to do with the actual apartment or management. The construction and lack of parking are getting old.

The view is great but that’s about all I can say. My windows are filthy and covered in pigeon poop from being on the top floor. Same with my deck, and I was told it was my responsibility to clean that .... although I’m not quite sure how to do that without giving my neighbors below a Clorox bath.

In short, I don’t feel that I’m being taken care of in the manner I expected when I moved in here. I was so proud and excited to move in last August, but my expectations have consistently been unmet.

I literally talk total strangers out of this awful space. The cost is unjustifiable for the awful craftsmanship, the neverending noise, the awful neighbors, the list goes on. It would be cruel and manipulative to recommend this place to anyone I remotely cared about.

The quality of living here and standards have gone down extremely, it use to be soo beautiful and clean.

If the person is like me I would not recommend it. With that being said I am sure I know people who would enjoy this area more then I do and I would recommend it to them to be fair.

Parking, high rent, lack of free gym

First, the apartments are appointed in a much nicer fashion than some apartments that are available. Second, their proximity in Point Ruston, right on the water is a great selling point!

for Tacoma, it's pricey--you can rent a house for the same amount as a small apt. So I think this area appeals to very young professionals and older retired people--not so much for families

Depends on how bad they want to receive their mail and it depends on how much they like over paying for tiny parking spaces

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The noise inside and outside and the parking are such big problems that I cannot recommend living here.
