constructions around is the main problem also there are unauthorized cars parked in the parking that have never been removed.

for folks who want a downtown living environment, the location is amazing. the building is really distinct and shared facilities are well designed.

I would not recommend this building to others due to the construction issues.

But I think they'll be shocked by the rent.

I don't think of the Viktoria as of a community. I would never recommend it because it is very expensive and I am not in the business of inquiring how much people can afford

The parking is much too expensive for the quality of the garage. The spots are mostly all compact, and it doesn't seem to be a secure garage, even after management said they were going to
Issue citations for people not obeying the garage rules I have still seen people disobey the rules leaving me to believe no citations are being issued. This has been a huge deal for me since the beginning. I feel as if management tries to make everyone happy instead of just setting a rule and being strict about it. I don't think the building has been managed all that well.

Mostly due to building management being absolutely sub-par coupled with the fact the building contracts with predatory and ethically questionable service providers with previous legal complications such as platinum parking

I'd recommend it because the location and features are awesome. I'd not recommend it because it is pretty expensive. I think it's worth it, but not everyone would agree.

The location is new and it shows. The rooftop common area is phenomenal. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
