The feeling of this community seemed cold and disconnected. From the concierge to the leasing staff, the feeling did not feel welcoming. The units are also very cold feeling with construction all around. The bonus rooms are nice but scattered all over the building.

The apartment community had admirable amenities. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the furniture, appliances and building materials. However, the pricing was very high which detracted from the overall value. There was not parking available which was another negative when evaluating based on value.

The community is great and the agent was great so I give them a great rating. My neutral ratings are the area they were in. I was a bit surprised they did not have visitor parking available and that I had to pay $10.00 to park and park over a block away.

I would recommend for the facilities and community. I would not recommend the West side specially coz of noise from construction. I would also not recommend because of the premium charged for the view is not fair because of the construction next door.

I would say that the location and physical appearance of the building and apartments is great, but I would say it is over-priced (especially parking) and that the neighborhood can be sketchy at night

Nearby construction means that the view will not be as good. The noise is constant and very annoying. The concierge is often missing.

The way the management and leasing staff interacts with residents has been poor overall especially in regards to the construction noise and the fact that it will will block the views that we paid for.

I think the apartments are very nice though comparable to others available. Others have similar amenities as well. The concierges stands out as the big reason I would recommend the Viktoria.

For those interested in a downtown living place I would highly recommend Viktoria.

Friendly and welcoming. Great location. Beautifully designed throughout. The Roof, inside and out, is out of this world! 24 hour concierge. Lots of areas of all sizes for entertaining or relaxing; i.e., the bus. ctr. and the 2 areas adjoining - the private conference room and the sitting area, as well as lobby, roof, fitness...

Your Manager harasses tentants, venders and employes

I think the building is well maintained and generally quiet except for the occasional barking dog. I enjoy use of the roof common area and views.
