The Marq 211 seemed like a great place to live. Close to eateries, theatres, schools, transportation and highway. Inside was peaceful and it was a modern community. The apartment homes were spacious and had all of the must haves, new floors, paint, and appliances. The building had secured accesses throughout and a 24-hour maintenance guarantee. A friendly and caring staff combined to make it a desirable place to call home.

price point is too high with the competition and other newer developments, location is also questionable for such high prices

The rooftop had a great view of nature and the city.

We love Marq211! It's safe and we love the amenities. The rooftop is our favorite beautiful views of the space needle and the beautiful city. This is our home! Thanks to all the staff that are all amazing!

The community was in good shape, and the apartments were laid out nicely. The parking situation was not adequate for the downtown area. The rent/square footage was quite high compared to others.

It would depend on the person. For folks that are looking for a place to crash and take in all of the downtown life, this place will do. If are looking for a place to call home where you can find some peace and quiet and relax at home, this place probably won't work for you.

The community was in a great location and the apartments were well appointed. Because it was an older building, they did a great job of retrofitting. The agent did a good job in involving me and promoting the property. More discovery questions as to what was important and what I did for fun would be helpful.

Great use of space as the rooms were spacious. Lots of storage space in the closet and full sized appliances. The leasing professional was outgoing and friendly. I would tell others about this community.
