Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
I had to wait for a while when I got there. Once the tour started, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I did not get to see an apartment but was shown an apartment via a virtual tour. The tour of the community was appreciated and fun. The agent was knowledgable and we had a good time. She even said she appreciated me. I thought the rental rate was very expensive but for what you get, it was comparable to the surrounding area. I would recommend the community.

All good especially management / staff. The main reservation I would have about recommending is nothing to do with how it's run. It's the street noise, overnight, on Lenora.

The community offered spacious studio apartments that made good use of the space. The apartment was nicely upgraded to include wood flooring and stainless steel appliances. The community amenities were attractive. The Leasing Professional was friendly and helpful.

Construction is too loud, neighborhood is bad, apt gets really hot

That community was in a great location nearby shopping and restaurants and downtown. The leasing agent was very friendly and professional throughout the interaction between us that day.

Still pretty high priced compared to similar apartments with more ammenities. Also the construction being so invasive should reduce rental rates.

Marq 211 offered a decent value for the hyperinflated Seattle rental market. The community amenities were not extensive, but the location was superb. The leasing professional was great.

Construction started at 4am today... it has been progressively getting worse. Too much noise which doesnt allow me to rest properly
Thank you for the feedback, and I apologize for the noise from the construction across the street. They have been able to get the required permits from the City of Seattle. We try to work as closely as possible with them to help mitigate the inconvenience, as well as relay any and all information we get from them to the residents so they have as much information as possible. We have also installed A/C units in the homes facing construction to minimize the need to open the windows to help insulate the noise. Please let us know what we can do better to help you with this. The community was within walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, entertainment and every things a person might need, making living without a car a very viable option. The apartments were modern and recently remodeled with original floor plans. The management was exceptionally friendly.

Relative to the rest of the new buildings in the area, the price is the same with less amenities.

The leasing staff I spoke with over the telephone and also met in person were great. They had a great attitude and were full of energy. The community is well maintained, the amenities and space are commendable. The color coordination in the apartment building gave it a very homely feel. It was nice to note that the apartment had thought of ways to enhance the residents stay such as providing dollies to help move shopping or large boxes from the parking or entrance into one's apartment.

I was sold on both the community and the surrounding neighborhood. The way it was described, the community seemed like it would be a fun place to live with regular activities and engagement. With the onsite amenities, there would not be much reason to leave your building, but if you had to, it was a very conveniently located place to live.
