The personnel are not courteous at all.There have been number of examples: I missed a mail items for week, only to find later on that it was left the office. When I asked them why I was told about it, I was told by gentleman at the desk rather curtly that it's only courtesy that they receive it. I have been complaining about broken sliding door for months. The door comes off repeatedly but at my every request they just put it back in the groove and leave and every few weeks it comes off. The blinds are broken, even though I complained weeks ago, they have not been fixed. Appliances are dated.
I lived here for more than 2 years and when I asked for just few months extension, I was asked to pay ridiculous rent. So no, the company that doesn't treat their customers right, I won't recommend them.

This place is completely disorganized and just a mess. Our first day moving in, the person handing me the key didnt even know where my apartment was supposed to be! Staff roll through the office like its going out of style, the security is lackluster at best (mailboxes broken into OFTEN), overpriced for the quality of apartments. How could I ever recommend this with a good conscience?

The leasing rate was extremely high, and I had to wait 20 minutes for the Leasing Professional. The location was desirable.

The increased traffic and activities at night on the road that runs behind the apartments is concerning. And the break in to my vehicle.

We completely understand your concerns regarding the break in to your vehicle and we have also taken note of the increased traffic on 129th. Although this road is not Sofi's property, we recognize that it runs immediately through Sofi and we have established a daytime security patrol officer 7-days per week who is focusing on both the stairway between the upper and lower properties, as well as the traffic on 129th. We've also increased the number of patrol stops per evening. I am hoping this helps to alleviate any worries you may have.
I would love the chance to sit down with you in person to further discuss the security precautions we have recently put into place. Please stop by the leasing office at any time!

If the school district is important this is a great place. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. But the apartments are small, fixtures and finishes worn out, outdated and low quality,
