Good community, good environment, good location

Good apartment sizes for price and the community has a nice vibe and look

not attentive or responsive

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment home in the area. It is a comfortable rental atmosphere to live in.

Overpriced living in Seattle. Why recommend that nonsense when I can get the exact same place for half the price most everywhere else.

I would recommend the apartment complex as a really nice place to live, but it is somewhat expensive rent.

I already have recommended SOFI to friends, it’s a great location close to great schools, restaurants, stores, shopping center and freeway, the apartment is nice and cozy and amenities will be great once accessible.

Would: good location, apartments are sized and laid out well, good parking situation, excellent storage.
Would not: the indoor temperature is nearly identical to outside temperature and/or high electric bills to keep apartment warm during winter, slow responses from staff, lack of community

The apartments are outdated.
I know the rent prices in the area are high, but I think still the apartments could be upgraded for the same rent range. Things like: No bulb lights in the bedrooms, no microwave, and an old stove make the apartments feel very outdated.

It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. The easy access to the city was great and just a quick drive to get on the highway.

The apartment community was located in a more wooded and secluded location. It was perfect for someone who did not want to live right in a city or downtown area. It was quiet, and the apartments were comfortable. There were a lot of great amenities that added value.
