I wouldn't recommend this place because it's too close to a busy road, very expensive for such a moderate place, and the pool and workout facilities are small and limited.

The walls are way to thin, only one pool, and really no private balcony.

The property is conveniently located near shopping centers and Interstate 35. The community has a laid back and relaxing atmosphere equivalent to a resort oasis. The apartments have features that one would expect to find in a custom home. The amenities are well maintained, and the leasing staff are trained professionals.

It's relatively affordable compared to complexes closer to Dell. Having to pick up my packages at the front office is a hassle since I often don't get off work until after they are closed.

For someone with kids, I would not recommend this property. If a person leads a simple life home, work, home, then this place would be good.

when someone who has been a good tenant for a year is charged prorated rent for being 8 days late of notice to vacate, i would never recommend anyone here

Parking is rediculous. Have to walk across complex just to get to my apartment. There is not enough storage. There are no more activities for the community or the kids like there used to be.

The property does not offer enough amenities for the price they charge for rent. I found so many better deals for the same price and more amenities.
