walls are so thin i can hear full conversations next door. I had to get ear plugs. I can tell we have a lot of late sleepers since they keep me up. Im too scared to say anything so i keep it to myself..ill learn next time to ask residents about sound before i get stuck in a lease.

The staff officer is really amazing and makes living life in an apartment feel like your own house and home.

The location is very convenient for me.

It is obvious that the leasing agents really care about their residents being happy. They offer a really good first month deal. The property is very clean and there is a lot of attention to detail in decoration.

The community was exceptionally well kept in cleanliness and building maintenance. The interior of the apartments were up-to-date and very appealing. The counter in the kitchen opened to the living area and it was of higher quality and appearance than a typical apartment.

The amenities are lacking, very thin walls, no privacy balconies. On the positive, great people and location.

I have recommended people to the complex and the feedback I've received is when my name was given as referring party office staff had no clue who I was (no biggie) and that the staff seemed disinterested and the referral felt rushed when speaking with leasing agent. After feedback from personal referrals I probably won't continue to refer.

I think the value is in the apt. I love the interior design of the lay out and the amenities. The light hard wood floors and the granite counters are gorgeous. The lighting is really cool and unlike many apps in the area.

Very good community. They keep the grounds clean and free of clutter. I don't have any issues.

The services provided versus the costs incurred means you get "more bang for your buck." The expenditures I would normally make are included in the rent and give me a sense that my money is doing more than before. I feel as though my reward for my contribution financially is my peace of mind, knowing the lights stay glowing, the fridge stays cool, the water keeps running, the fans keep blowing, and the sinks keep draining. That's more than any other complex does for its residents.

The leasing professional was an overall great representative! She did not fail to point out amenities and was knowledgeable about the company benefits to their residents.

The two leasing professionals were extremely helpful and courteous. They worked well as a team to provide me with a great tour experience.

the apartments are well kept. the prices aren't really all that fair compared to other properties in the area. Rent has gone up $60 since moved in. That's alot on a budget especially when you can't really gauge water consumption.

I enjoy the high quality finishes and great onsite staff. Everyone is helpful and maintenance takes care of needs quickly.

We recently moved into the Marquis Apts and we can say without a doubt, this is the greatest apt complex we have dealt with in our history of renting. Minnie, Theresa, Amanda, and the maintence guy Abe have been great and very helpful since we moved in! Because we transitioned our move from approx 50 miles away, the Marquis apt staff was able to correspond with us through email and telephone to accomodate our busy work schedules. My family and I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a safe, energy efficient and great looking place to call home.
