I was very pleased and happy with my tour with the leasing professional.

I had a good impression of the staff. There was nothing I would change about the way the community was presented. My impression of the property was that it was old but kept up nicely. I thought that the updated cabinetry and counter tops looked nice. When touring the community room, I felt like I was back in 1990. It and the work out room were very dated. Everywhere I went on the property had such a strong smell of room deodorizer and I was looking forward to getting outside to get some fresh air.

The agent I spoke with over the phone had me ready to sign a lease immediately. She made me envision the property, and she captivated me with her ability to sell features instead of just telling benefits. The on-site agent made me feel very comfortable. She complemented me, and the time I spent talking with her would have led me to lease even though I did not feel as if she were trying to sell me anything.

This community in in a league of its own. The community is similar to a resort style property. I truly enjoyed my visit here. I was very impressed with what it had to offer the residents. I was very delighted and pleased with the level of service that I received from the leasing agent. Although the community did not have anything available to lease, the leasing agent still took her time to show me around the property.

I received the feeling of a family when I walked around the community. Everyone was genuine and filled with excitement. The community offered easy access to everything.

This was a really nice property with all the amenities it had to offer. The apartments were very nice and I could see myself living there. The price of the apartments were quite high in my opinion, but the community had almost everything you could need.

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at the community were that they are a community that is maintained and nicely kept. My impression of the staff was that they were a team of trained professionals ready to listen, assist with your needs and make you feel at home. The community is surrounded by lush landscaping and the apartments were spacious with upgrades and decorative features. The location being in a prestigious area located to many neighborhood conveniences makes it the perfect place to be.

I have lived at the Homes of Prairie Springs for about five years and I am reluctantly moving as I have purchased a Condo. Living here has been a real pleasure. The entire management staff have been professional and display pride in keeping this property first rate. The property is very well maintained, both the grounds and the apartments, and service requests have always been handled expeditiously. Being centrally located to Central Expressway and the George Bush Turnpike simplifies travel and excellent shopping is close by.  I have had no regrets living here as the experience has been extremely positive.

I thought the property was very well maintained. It had a dog park. The pool was nice.

If you do not want the feel of an apartment, come check this place out. It feels more like a home than any other apartment community I have seen. It has a park-like fell when you step outside and the rooms are very spacious.

This apartment community is in a good location. The community is close to shopping, eating and activities. The community is beautiful. There are mature trees, green lawns, a sparkling pool and plenty of other well kept landscaping. The entire community was free of trash and anything else unsightly. The entire community is well maintained. The common areas are inviting and would be somewhere you would want to invite family and friends to hang out with you.

This is a very nice apartment with a homey feeling. It has many upgrades and amenities. The community also has great staff.

The property feels like a neighborhood. I felt as if I was viewing the apartment with a friend because the agent was very easy to talk to.

The leasing professional was upbeat, energetic and friendly during the tour. She spoke from personal experience, since she was currently living on property. The leasing professional spoke confidently about the recent upgrades in the community and even offered me to take paint samples with us on tour, so I could envision them in the space. The leasing professional showcased the communities amenities and tied features to benefits. She made every effort to close the sale and indicated I could phone her after I left if I wanted to hold an apartment. I would recommend this leasing professional to friends and family.

This is an amazing apartment community with a staff that seems to feed off one another and interact genuinely with the residents and visitors. A great job was done to highlight amenities and features creating a home feel and an excitement about being able to call this community home.
