When Michelson owned and managed Chapel Hill, I used to recommend it. However, since the new Pinnacle management, service requests, and 3rd party finance website, I don't recommend this community anymore.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone based on my experience here. Management is negligent; maintenance is lazy; the complex is not well protected; everything costs extra: the gym, parking, gate clickers that aren't even necessary because gates are always broken. The amount of money I pay every month is sky-high compared to the sub-par service of this complex.

My apartment is very nice. Parking is attrocious. Never being able to reach anyone via phone is ridiculous. Also, I cannot get my online login to work and can't reach anyone via phone to resolve the issue. Those items make me hesitant to recommend anyone here.

Other than a few areas noted above, and the general noisiness of an apartment complex, this has been a good place to live
