I have been a resident since July 2014 with out furniture due to the very restrictive door/ Hall access I have had to refuse 5 furniture deliveries including yesterday 3-30-16 delivery. These apartments were not built for furniture access.

While the location is well kept and peaceful, it's the managements inability to address my continued concerns that has soured my view of Chapel Hill Apartments.

The community was beautiful and provided many outstanding amenities within the area. The Staff was helpful and provided a friendly atmosphere as well.

Due to rent amount and manditory vally trash..

Chapel Hill was conveniently located to major highways, shopping and restaurants. There were wonderful amenities that were too many to list. The fitness center was large and had all new equipment. The leasing staff was friendly and displayed an eager willingness to help. The leasing center was a bit hard to find but included a business center with a coffee bar.

The property at Chapel Hill was very nice. The community was very clean, updated, and well maintained. The property offered the most state of the art amenities and range from a putting green to a car wash bay, there was literally something for everyone. The apartment homes were very spacious with the latest and greatest amenities and decor. It was also in a great location that was convenient to all major highways and turnpikes. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a beautiful new apartment home at an affordable and reasonable monthly rental rate.

It was an okay experience. The leasing consultant did a good job regarding the tour and provided a lot of information to create value.

This is an awesome location with great people providing service to potential residents.

I had an issue and brought it to Angele the asst. property manager, she made me feel that my needs were a concern and is handling them. This is the first time ever in the 3 years I've been here and I am starting to see a positive difference in the complex. Angele is great and she is professional, Sonia at leasing office is so sweet, the maintenance staff is getting better. There is still some room for improvement, but more important this complex is changing for the better. Thank you!!

Don't move here. I move back because I loved it here but now all new management has done is find things to charge you even more money. the management is horrible. I had to let them hold my I'd , days later they told me the lost it or threw it away. dog park trash was over full for more then a week Until I complained about it. My breeze way is full of trash still, it got so dirty I have gone out and picked up trash, my tub was clogged, called said they would be out next day,come home from work still clogged, called again And now I'm taking a shower in a half foot of water,still no one came so I called again, took 3 days. So if u make the mistake and move here be sure to take pictures of ur apt before u move out unless u want the so wonderful chapel hill trying to bill u for something else

The service is terrible. If they don't 'find' things to bill you for (25.00 month for 'valet' trash that does NOT get picked up like it should) to the OLD appliances (I've had service on my dishwasher 6 times and it was stained at move it.... not to mention all the dings of the doors --they WILL get you at MOVE out. BE CAREFUL with the carpets. Normal wear and tear will result in charges!!! RUN don't WALK away.

I wouldn't recommend this complex due to the age of the apartments, the maintenance work quality, and the customer service.

Cost to much for the service

If the issue with the White House & the parking passes are resolved, then I would recommend this apartment community. Before those two issues, I really liked living here.
