The community was very nice and attractive. I had a very lovely visit there. The leasing professional was positive and helpful during my apartment search. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to move into the area.

I liked the amenities and the large outdoor kitchen. I think it was a unique and good idea to have two pools next to each other so one can be a game pool or something. The exterior common areas and landscape were acceptable and orderly, but nothing stunning. The office and interior common areas where extremely clean and very modern looking with bright colors. The leasing professional had a lovely, friendly personality that was very welcoming, honest, energetic and professional. I would feel welcome to be there by the staff and some residents with a sense that I had immediate friends, which is above and beyond other communities I have experienced. They seemed to offer everything I was looking for with the added benefit of an attached garage. Based on my overall positive experience, I would definitely recommend this community to my friends.

The community was beautifully cared for with great amenities. I could easily see myself living there. They offered trash pick up at your door Sunday to Thursday.

This community was unique in that there were garages for each apartment at no extra charge. The Leasing Agent was a great and had an answer for every question that I asked. The property was very livable and inviting, not to mention they were close to all types of shopping and entertainment.

The community has a lot to offer, and I believe I would enjoy living there. The two special things I like are the fireplace and the garage. The pool had a spa tub and that was amazing.

I'm an IT, and require steady internet to do my job after hours. Currently there are two choices, Sight & Sound and CenturyLink. CenturyLink is a max 4/0.5 and Sight & Sound (Comcast) is a 5/1. There is no faster speeds at the time of writing this. Comcast is unreliable, and CenturyLink is never at its full 4/0.5, normally 2.5/0.25. I have both at my apartment, bonded over a VPN. I opted for Comcast Business, and had everything lined up to have lines put in for me when Sight & Sound blocked the install. Suddenlink Business is also unavaliable. Do your self a favor, check the internet speeds before you move in. WOULD NOT HAVE MOVED IN KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW.

This apartment community was very clean and neat. There was nothing out of place. The staff was very attentive and they seem to treat all potential prospects with the best of care.
