Awesome complex, leasing staff very available and responsive, maintenance requests are answered in a very timely fashion.

Overall I like the property and the staff seems to do a good job at dealing with new customers. However, I have never lived at a place where the staff never returns emails or phone messages. I have probably left 10 messages with the answering service since I have lived there and not one of them has been retured. I have sent a few emails in which none have been returned. I think the focus is a little to high I filling new apartements and less on current tenants. The service is great if you walk into the office, but that is the only way I can get answers to anything.

It's a great place to live- ideal for a young couple looking for a quiet area but also close enough to downtown and other attractions. we also have a puppy, so the bark parks are awesome and so are the other residents. we've had nothing but good experiences as residents. the maintenance crew is timely which is a huge plus. and the front office is full of great people- although, they could use some extra help as there always seems to be a wait when i have to go pick up a package.

The visit was a very enjoyable experience. The office really made me smile upon entering, when I saw the "Go Rangers" baseball sign held by the cute dark haired manikin. The pool is very inviting, and I really liked the hallways that are inside and out of the heat. It would be a very nice place to call home.

Nobody wants to come see me because they would have to walk up three flights of stairs. I thought they could use the garage, but found out after I moved that it is for residents only. Even after being let into the building and entering near elevator, it is a LONG walk to my door. My relatives are mostly elderly, or have babies and young children, so this is a big problem. Will likely move after my one year lease is up because of this issue. Otherwise, I love it here.

Comfortable, well maintained property. Responsive and professional staff. Reasonable value for the price, although a little on the upper side of the scale. Would recommend.

The community had a beautiful clubroom and nice amenities. The office was quiet with not a lot of hustle and bustle. It seemed to be efficient.

Overall, I really liked the community. It would definitely be in my top five for a place to live.

The distance between my apartment door and the parking garage is a long way. The distance to the trash room is even farther. Guests are not allowed to park in the garage, but must come up three flights of stairs. Both my parents are disabled and use walkers, but must park outside, find a door that has a keypad, and then walk up three flights of stairs to get to my apartment. If they use the elevators, they still have to walk down three long hallways to arrive at my door. My able bodied daughters report that there is parking available at the curb near my apartment balcony, but it is all reserved, and they must find parking spaces far away, then walk up three flights of stairs with their young children/babies. I did not realize this parking problem prior to becoming a resident here.

The community is situated in a very nice location next to the convention center. The community is luxurious and offers a lot.

The leasing professional could have done a better job and showing off the property and apartment features, since it such a wonderful community.

My overall experience was great. The leasing consultants are very friendly. I personally found them friendly, funny, knowledgeable and professional.
