We do love our garden style apartment facing the lake. Soothing to hear the fountains. And the easy access to the airports, light rail, and highways is exceptional.

We agree with one comment that the management company seems to put more effort and energy in attracting new renters than addressing the needs of those of us who are current residents especially considering the rent we pay.

Once you get past the interactions with the staff it gets much better. First off I received the wrong address. Then when you receive packages the system the office staff uses takes a day to refresh. Oh, they completely removed the American Flag, Texas Flag, and their flag just days before September 11, 2014. The flags reappeared November 14, 2014, but they fly the Texas State Flag upside down?

The building is like new, great amenities, and friendly neighbors help make the apartment complex great to live. The utilities are relatively cheap and location is great.

Extremely pleasant experience moving into this property. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy! Jennifer is the best along with her staff!!

The community is conveniently located to all major highways, with many area locations available for dining and shopping.

This was a luxurious, upscale community in a beautiful lakefront urban setting. The location was near major highways and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The clubhouse had outstanding contemporary decor, and the amenities were resort quality.

This is a new community with awesome floor plans. I loved the level of professionalism the staff portrayed.

I thought that the community was absolutely amazing. I had a wonderful time with the agent as they showed me around. They definitely went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home that was suitable to what I was looking for.

We have lived here for a little over 6 months and absolutely LOVE it! We have had a couple of normal maintenance issues (light bulbs out, etc...) and maintenance is always over ASAP to fix anything we need. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well as maintenance. This community feels like a home more than other apartments have. While the prices are a little on the higher end, if you can afford it, the apartments are 100% worth it. Highly recommend Lincoln Las Colinas. Centrally located, friendly, quiet, and professional!

This community has a lot of great features and amenities. It is a larger community so I did not see everything, but in general I would have no problem living there or recommending it. I think the property split with the midrise and the garden sections was creative, and gives the consumer choices on their desired style of living.

I'd say that in the month and half I've lived here, it's been a great place to live despite a disagreement over an issue regarding my first full month's rent and a complete unwillingness to work with me. When I asked to speak to a manager to further discuss the issue, the leasing agent I was speaking to was just sent back out with a copy of my lease to show the appropriate line.

The leasing agent was very sympathetic and I knew there wasn't anything she could do, which is why I asked to speak to someone who could possibly negotiate with me, and instead I was presented a document. That to me was extremely rude and unprofessional and made me hope I never have to deal with anything on that level again because it was a very infuriating experience. If I could rate leasing agents and managers separately, the leasing agent would get a 5 and the managers a 0.

Everything is great the only thing i would get rid of is that mannequin that is located in the lobby. I think it does not blend in. Other than that these apartment are superb thats why i just renewed my lease for one more year

I loved this community. It was fairly priced and in a good location. I liked the amenities.

The property was wonderful as was the staff. The grounds were well kept, and the water view would be very soothing and relaxing. I would love to live there.

I definitely believe the property has a lot to offer in reference to the amenities and the layout of the community with a garage. I think all the apartment staff seem to be very pleasant.

You pay more to get more out of what you want in your living arrangements. Overall nice, great community, pet friendly. Perks of having a lake on the grounds, great for walks/runs. Pool areas needs trash can. Considering what we pay for rent, Community grill should be gas not charcoal.
