The walls are a little then and construction of the units are of poor construction. The parking lot is very loud.

This community was amazing. They offered excellent amenities like a fitness center that stays open 24hours. They offered two beach style pools. The leasing professional did a great job selling me on the community.

Everything has been great that is within the Staff's control. My upstairs neighbor is EXTREMELY loud, but having 2 children myself, I have over looked it. I also understand that is part of apartment living. But overall very happy with the apartment it self.

Have lived here five years; that pretty much says it all. The only thing I don’t have that I would love to have is a garage and because the townhomes have stairs and I have bad knees, that doesn’t work for me. Otherwise, living here the last five years has been great.

I felt that I was missing the community feel from the tour, I did not hear anything about the management company at all besides the event that they were having that evening. The amenities were OK, but nothing special. I thought the upgrades in the apartment were nice and a good value for the money. The property is pretty far out of town and not near major employers so it is hard for me to say that I would recommend it to anyone.
