During my visit at the community, I encountered the most amazing staff. They were very professional and full of life. The apartments and the community were exceptional and when you combine the two, you realize that it just does not get any better than this. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that is looking to lease an apartment.

I would rent here if I could afford it. The rent is a little expensive for what the apartment has. I have seen other apartments with more features and benefits that cost less. Again, it was nice, and if I could afford it I would move there. Really nice complex.

The community was very nice, and the staff was very professional and courteous. The amenities were very nice and what I would want in an apartment community. I did not like the price of the floor plans. I thought it was more than it should be.

The property showed well. I do feel it is overpriced. The property was built in 1998, and although it has been recently upgraded, there are certain signs of an older property.

I was very impressed by the attitude and professionalism of the leasing professional.

I had a wonderful experience touring San Montego. The staff was very friendly, and the community is beautiful. It is a little pricey, but on par with other apartments in the area.

The agent was not interested in showing me the amenities, and only mentioned the fitness center and clubhouse. I am not sure if these would make the value for the apartment, because the rental rate was very high for what you received.

The leasing professional was awesome. However, the apartments do not live up to the way they are presented on the outside. The amenities are superb, but the apartment itself, compared to nearby competition in the same price range, is no competition.

Just a terrific job at this property. Everything was A+ and I felt very comfortable and invited. I felt that I could live there. I would be very happy there and could not even imagine needing a HOUSE with all they offered.

Overall, my experience was good based on the apartment community alone. Again, Joan was pleasant and friendly, just not the best sales person I have encountered. If I had to make a decision to rent the unit based on her presentation alone, I would not rent, but seeing the property would make me strongly reconsider.

Quiet, secure, clean, peaceful, and friendly.

This community was flawless and had everything that you could imagine. If you were a resident here, you would feel like you were living in a resort!

This is a nice place to stay, but the only missing part is that their office hours is almost the same as our working people's office hour, which make communication with the management a bit difficult, and the worst part is maintenance service only available from Monday to Friday day time, and if there is any minor request, i have to take day off to wait for the people to come. Hope this could have some improvement soon.

My overall experience was wonderful and I would lease at this property.

The community itself was nice. The amenities were definitely up to speed. The apartments were nice, but I could tell they were older. The renovation would be a nice upgrade.
