This community is beautiful. As soon as I walked into the leasing office, I thought it was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and immediately catered to my needs. The amenities are great and the actual apartment is beautiful, as well as spacious. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

The Phoenician was one of a kind. The pool reminded me of a resort. The pool had awesome rock features, a separate hot tub, and a small river. The features inside the apartment were high quality. Additionally, it was located near various restaurants, stores, and bars. The staff was very attentive and made me feel welcomed.

The community was very clean and the apartment was luxurious. The community was very close to the mall and downtown and not too far from major highways.

As a real customer I would not have chosen this community to call home. I would imagine the staff to be unorganized and there not being an adequate resolution if anything were to come up.

The community is in a good location, as it is near the mall, the Interstates, and many dining and attraction areas. The floor plans are spacious and priced affordable. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area and fitness area are appealing.

I liked the property, because it was so spacious. The leasing agent was such a treat to visit with. Her efforts to bond were right on! She did a great job.

The community had a lot of features that other properties I have seen did not have. I loved the slate flooring in the bathroom and it was beautiful. The property had a very pretty pool area. It was like a resort in the community.

Overall, this is a great property with great features. The area is filled with stores and restaurants and is not to far from the highway. It is located in a great spot.

The community looked impressive, with amenities like a water fall and a fountain. There was also a hot tub. From what I saw in the model, I visualize that other apartments also had the same type of features. The maintenance of the parking lot, curbs and plants and lawns was good.
