The medical center shuttle was a huge sell for me. I would probably recommend this property to friends that are looking for an affordable place to live in the area.

The community was a small quiet property. The property was well maintained and inviting. The landscaping was really impressive. The community amenities were the same as other communities. However, the community offered what I was looking for in an apartment. The service I received from the leasing professional was tailored for me. I would feel comfortable calling the community home as well as recommending it to others.

The landscaping was luscious and green. Plants, flowers and trees were well maintained. It had a resort atmosphere. I really liked the location of the apartments to the freeways. It was very accessible from any direction. It was friendly, courteous and professional community.

It was not a pleasant visit. The leasing professional was short and not interested in leasing.

The leasing professional was very helpful. There were a few things that needed attention, such as painting the front door and the sinks outside of the maintenance shop.

A nice, safe, and clean community near the medical center in Houston.

This was a very affordable community that had a few simple but beautiful amenities that were appealing. They did not offer as much as the other communities down the street did, but it was more affordable and more practical living than the others were. I would have leased from here and I will recommend this community to my friends and family.

This community was adorable and could stay full with a waiting list if the person showing it cared about it. The green pool I could deal with as it happens in Houston, and it rained yesterday. That could have been explained. Leaving me to read in detail the non-compliance stickers on the window of the office showed her lack of care for the community and the residents. The stickers are not so bold that she could have distracted me from that or offered up an explanation like construction or something. The maintenance staff does a good job on cleanliness. The location is phenomenal. I do not care for the giant resort like communities like San Melia, and she kept pushing me over there. I prefer small intimate places like this one. I would have leased here if I had felt like I was wanted as a resident.

It has noisy a/c fan units.

The apartments are small and overpriced. They do have 24-hour maintenance. The bathroom is super small...like you literally can't turn around in the bathroom. The apartments are quiet, but it seems some of the new tenants like to play their music loud, so that could be changing. The parking is all covered; however, the ground is uneven, so it will literally mess up you can when back out of the parking spot. There are various pot holes as well. The trash pick up is a joke and they charge you too much for it. Oh and you can hear the movements of your neighbors through the wall/

My experience with this property was a good one. The agent was very nice and knowledgeable of the different aspects of the property. She was thorough and appeared to be very proud of the community. The presentation was delightful and insightful.
