Touring Monarch was a nice experience. The leasing staff went above and beyond for me. She guided the tour like she knew so much. I felt like I could ask her anything and she would help me pick the right place to call my new home.

Overall, I would have rented at this location if I was in the market. The customer service was great by the agent.

The Leasing Professional was very engaging, attentive, personable and professional. She made me feel comfortable. She highlighted every detail that was important to me. However, the property needed some attention, the grounds needed to be manicured and cleared of debris and the pool and the water fountains needed attention. Although you could smell the chlorine of the pool and fountain, the water still was dirty. I was showed an upgraded apartment, but it just did not appeal to me. It seemed as though more could have been done to make the apartment stand out and be more appealing, it was too plain for me.

This community offers affordable luxury living inside the inner loop. Just minutes from the freeway, medical center, and entertainment venues, the location is prime. The community is a bit older but it is well maintained and offers nice amenities.

This is reasonably priced living in the medical center, just minutes from major highway systems and plenty of dining and retail. There are large apartments, with spacious walk-in closets and upgraded kitchens. They have simple amenities, but they are clean and quiet. Good buy.

The property has excellent curb appeal for an upgraded property. It is all brick and an A++ property that was built in 1984. The agent gave an excellent presentation.
