The property is in need of some updating. I do understand that it is an income based property, but some attention should be paid to the amenities. While coming in from the pool area, the door got stuck, and we had a hard time getting in.

The associate was friendly and courteous. The price for the apartment was reasonable for what it had to offer. The location was near shopping and restaurants.

I have to say this property offers so much for the price and location. I was so happy to discover that the agent I saw was very professional and caring once I got to the property.

The community was in a great location and the amenities were very beneficial.

Alta Gardens Apartments are in the process of updating the properly. The inside of the apartments are spacious and nice; now the outside is coming along with the new paint job. On the other hand, there is still a garbage issue and its very embarrassing to have company over and trash everywhere around the property. Also, there is only one entrance, so there are always a line of cars waiting to enter in the back exit. And there are kids everywhere and men hanging out in the parking lot at night. Overall, the property is getting better but be mindful of somethings.

They make everything so convenient!!! Its so family oriented and I plan on this being HOME until I'm ready to buy.

The leasing professional was nice. She did not have availability, but referred me to other sister communities.

Staying at Alta Gardens has its pros and cons. the apartment is spacious and pretty nice. on the other hand, there are so many children running around with no supervision. They around around the complex and in the parking lot, your lucky if you don't hit one of them. Also, the trash is embarrassing to your guest. I think there should be more than one trash area in the complex. Lastly, the gate is always broken and I have to drive down the entrance to let my guest in because the dial pad does not work.

Living at Alta Gardens has its ups and downs. One positives is the size of the apartments. On the other hand, there are a lot of kids that stay here, the complex needs to be painted.

This community benefits from its proximity to Beltway 8 and 288. The leasing agent was thorough, professional and personable.

The apartments are spacious and nice but the outside of the apartments needs some love and care. The buildings need some paint and the stairs to my apartment are always dirty and they need to be painted as well. Also, The garbage area is so embarrassing; it looks like people don't care because they throw their trash everywhere but in the dumpster. Lastly, there are so many kids that live here and they are always in running around everywhere.

It is like living in a complex where they care about the tenants.

If I was in the market or knew of someone in the market, I would mention them.

The overall visit to the community was okay. Over the phone, everything was great, but when I arrived, it just appeared as if I was just there. I did not feel my needs where fully identified. I would not lease because I was not persuaded this property was for me.
