Staff is great but the badly planned duct work which makes the bath and closet unbearably cold in winter are a real negative for me. The traffic patterns on Hulen St also are not to my liking. I go out for dinner and traffic is terrible. I know this is not the complexes issue.

limit the number of college students that just want to party. Crack down on the animal waste in the grass, it is like a mine field.

Aside from the rent, my experience with this complex has been very positive.

The community was great and was very clean. The staff was great. This would be a great place to call home.

The property is well maintained. It is quiet. The staff is good and responsive. The neighbors are good.

The location needs to adjust their pricing to the neighborhood, but it is a beautiful community. The leasing professional did an excellent job with his presentation.

It is a very well maintained community and the staff there, especially John, are alwsys very willing to help and make it a wonderful place to live.

I've lived here about three years and really love it. Clean and quiet. Managers nice, maintenance staff very responsive. I'm willing to pay a little more to have a garage, and I feel very safe here. This may not apply to all units, but my electric bills have been super-low.

too expensive for the value

The staff is wonderful. my apartment is great and the grounds are really kept up. I feel this is a pretty fantastic place to live and would want any of my friends to live here.

The visit was extraordinary in that the circumstances were such that the leasing professional and I were in awkward positions. It worked to her advantage in some cases and against her in others. I was shocked to see she was the same agent I shopped at a sister community just two days before. It was awkward for me because I had not called her back about the other community even thought she called, left messages and sent emails. She was professional about it but the visit took on a very informal exchange because she knew who I was, what I was looking for, that I already knew about the management company, the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, etc. The leasing professional was filling in so she was unfamiliar with the community. The keys to the model did not work. She did not show me the amenities choosing instead to compare them as exactly like what I saw at the sister community. The community did have the exact floor plan I said I wanted at Stonegate two days before. I used that and the lack of a view as the reason I had ruled out Stonegate. She took a comfortable, informal approach and I complemented that choice in my actions and information gathering.

The property was very clean and was able to view the sign from the main street.
