The apartment is older and shows, my experience with my apartment was not satisfying because the paint work looks unfinished on a couple of walls, base boards and apartment was not cleaned properly.

Excellent community, with family's and more professional adults than young college kids.

The two bedroom apartments do not have pantries. A space in the laundry room is not a pantry. The staff is not as friendly as they should be. The apartment complex is boring as there is nothing entertaining to do. The neighbors are loud and annoying.

I would recommend as its a smaller community and is a pretty quiet community which for me is a huge plus.

I would because I like it here but my friends have looked around and they tell me that there is a lot of competition in our area. I know our complex is a little older but I like most things...just the outdated look inside is not so great.

The visit was positive and informative. The staff was warm, welcoming, and charismatic as they interacted with me from the time I arrived until I said good-bye. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They offered me a drink on multiple occasions. The representative did a good job at using the floor plans to describe the apartment. She was also effective as she walked me through the process of demonstrating the common features and amenities offered to residents.

After moving here about a year ago I have enjoyed it here very much. The management are very friendly & helpful. The apartments have been kept in very good condition. My neighbors are all very curtious & friendly. Most of all it feels like home.

I think this is in a great location quiet and safe.

More harshness on people who dont pick up from their pets

the renting process is pretty straight forward and the property is attractive and well maintained.

In looking at other apartments over the last 14 years this is still the best apartment for the money and the best features. The office help is great and the maintenance help is fantastic. I personally have never had any problems with the CWS employees.

Marquis at Stonebriar is a very well managed community and we will highly recommend to family and friends. It has been a wonderful place to call "home" during our transition in finding a house. Thank you Marquis at Stonebriar and thank you Michael for making us feel like family. Amazing experience during our time here.

Great maintenance response

I have recommended it to some friends.

The rent increases each year at a very unfair rate. To keep up with the "market" does not make these exorbitant increases right.
