The rent is raised significantly every time I renew. It would be nice to have it raised so much everytime. Isn't it better to have a committed tennant to a new one who may or may not remain?

This community was a little dated, but nicely updated. I enjoyed the mature trees and landscaping.

This was a beautifully maintained community that offered a variety of amenities and apartments with great features for the residents. I would refer others to the community.

The apartment was easy to find. This community needs to find something to put them ahead of the brand new community across the street.

The community was well maintained. The leasing professional did a good job identifying needs and promoting the management and community. The prices were average for the area. I would tell others about this community.

Maybe not upstairs phase II. Carpets are very light and difficult to keep clean. Kitchens are not up to description.

I had a very good experience at the Park at Flower Mound community. The customer service I received from the leasing professional was amazing. Based on that, I would refer others to this community.

The community itself was clean and in good shape. My tour was kind of boring. The lights were off in the model when we walked in, so it felt dark and closed off.

The apartment is large, the amenities are nice and the staff is simply amazing! Whenever I have put in a maintenance request it has been answered immediately by members of a very polite maintenance team. The office staff continues to go above and beyond and seems to know everyone on the property (they even remember the names of my children). I feel my family and I are truly cared for and welcome here!

The only issue I've had is the upstairs neighbor (they allow their young child to run and stomp constantly); however I cannot hear any other sounds from them or my surrounding neighbors. All in all, I have found that my neighbors are polite, considerate, and very friendly.

I have lived here for a handful of months now and am very happy with my decision!

The property is clean, and the grounds are maintained well. The community has two phases, which include two nice swimming pool areas, an on-site laundry facility, walking trails and a small pond. The leasing staff here are very friendly, courteous and professional. They appear to be genuine and sincere in their efforts to meet my needs and wants in an apartment home. Though the property is a bit older than some and does not offer the latest and greatest in amenities, it is still a nice community that I would recommend to anyone in search of their new home for a reasonable monthly rental fee.

The property was a bit older and did not have all the bells and whistles of a newer property. I felt like the lower price took into account that it was an older property. The leasing agent did an outstanding job of presenting what the property had to offer.

We lived here before and paid a lot of money to move back. We moved back for the schools
