If I wanted hardwood floors, I would get laminate wood flooring. I also was not able to get granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, unless I was on the upper levels. However, laminate was only available downstairs. In similar properties with similar rents, those amenities are standard.

The property was well maintained and managed, and was very beautiful. The leasing agent was very professional and took their time to show me around.

The community was in excellent condition. The leasing agent that assisted me was knowledgeable and gave an extremely detailed tour.

When I pulled up to the community I was very impressed. The curb appeal was well kept and neat. The property looked newer than others in the area, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The leasing agent was very nice and sincere. She was knowledgeable of the property and did a good job explaining the property. The pool looked very nice and lively, and I felt welcomed to be there. I could definitely see myself living at the property.

I was very impressed with this community. The agent was very professional and very well informed. He was very attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability.

I would recommend this community for the price value. It is very well kept and offers good space. I thought the parking garage was nice instead of having to rent a covered space. I liked that all fourth floor apartments have updated features, but if you want to spend a bit less, the other floors still have nice features but not luxury.

This is an attractive property within minutes of downtown, and shopping malls. It is covered from parking to your front door. There is a lot of floor plans to choose from. The property was very quiet during my visit. I could not even hear the nearby highway.

This property is a very nice stylish and up to date property. I think it needs a little more personality. The property sold itself to be honest.

It is located conveniently close to many good restaurants and stores; however parking for both residents and guests is regularly unavailable and inconvenient. The staff is usually friendly, but some maintenance requests go unanswered. The apartment events are nice, and the complex is mostly kept clean and orderly. The appliances are somewhat outdated and not energy efficient. Website for paying rent and bills is nice, but the automatic payment system could be improved.

The leasing professional was sincere and genuine about helping me find a new home. While still in the apartment, the leasing professional asked me assumptive questions to determine my interest and see if my furniture would work in the space. I found the leasing professional eager to close the sale and identify my needs. I would have moved forward with signing an application or lease.

see comments above. I have been in apartments before and people should not have to walk on tip toes. floors are like being in a two story house and not an apartment. I can hear showers going, toilet flushing, conversations, and the person's activity above my apartment. Not sometimes but ALL the time!! Apartment need some updating, mini blinds, and shower/bathtub holds water on the edges. Light switches in odd place for the room it is set for lighting. I signed a one year lease which I regret, next time I will ck the reviews.

You need to get clarification on the rules; they are very unclear about the policies and procedures.

The apartment I saw had a lot to offer, and the pricing was fair comparing to its value.
