From the moment I drove into the property it felt like home. The landscaping, outer appearance, everything was in place. The experience continued inside with the beauty of the leasing/community area. It had so much to offer right at your fingertips. Add that with an exceptional staff, willing to help and understand my needs. The staff was very knowledgeable and inviting it really felt like a home away from home.

The leasing professional successfully established a rapport and naturally engaged me about the community and surrounding area. The leasing professional asked where I was currently residing, what other properties I had seen and what other properties I had plans to see. The leasing professional encouraged me to lease soon if this was the apartment I wanted because it was such a busy rental season. I would have definitely moved forward with a lease with this leasing professional.

Nice community; office staff lacks follow through on certain items (not Melissa, she is great); however, in dealing with other staff members- I have had to repeatedly call and the request has still not been completed. I am giving maintenance 'poor' below; however, it's because the office person that I spoke with twice neglected to report my issue. The issue is also reported on my move in survey that needed to be turned in within 48 hours.

The property was beautiful and neatly tucked away. I really like the way the office is set up for the residents with the fitness and pool areas.

This community was filled with natural beauty and serenity, yet it was conveniently located in the middle of Dallas on the edge of the very popular White Rock Lake. There were resort-like amenities, and the property had just been refurbished and was like new. It was truly outstanding.

Great amenities and nice quiet apartment complex. Only problem is the water frequently shuts off and you have to run it to get the kinks out, as well as the water pressure is randomly poor and the cost of water service is higher than any other apartment we've lived it. Trash base fee is ridiculous as well. Parking is great though, and the individual garage is a nice luxury.

It's a great place to live; unfortunately the walls are rather thin and hearing neighbors can be an issue

The community is your own personal resort offering great views. There is tennis, sand volleyball, a full-service gym, and even an on-site trainer. The community has been recently upgraded and is absolutely beautiful. This is a quiet community and it offers all the latest and greatest, even an attached garage on some apartments.

The community is a beautiful property with a fantastic amount of amenities. There is private lake access and a dog park for outdoor folks. The Spanish roofs and stucco walls are beautiful, and I was truly impressed by the granite countertops and hard wood floors. The leasing professional I had the pleasure of working with was simply delightful!

Overall, the community was impressive. The apartment interiors were attractive, and the grounds were very attractive and well maintained.

The office staff really care about the community and residents. The community really reflected the neighborhood and the area's vibe. I can't wait to pack my bags and move in!

This is an awesome community. The staff are excellent and committed. One could not find a better place to live, for the money, in this area.
