The community was well maintained and provided good eye appeal. The rental rates included extra value added features such as hot water, cable and trash pickup.

That I found just what I needed, a safe, quiet place to leave with a great location (close to work), great service, for a reasonable price.

This property is excellent in upkeep. The feeling is very comfortable. The staff is relatable and knowledgeable.

I lived at Vail Village Club for 3 years over 9 years ago and loved it so much that i chose to come back! VVC has courteous and attentive staff who know me by name. It is clear that they are committed to keeping VVC a great place to live. It's not a small community, yet it feels like exactly that - a community. The grounds are kept up well (I especially love the courtyard and pool areas). My particular floor plan, of which there are many in this community, is so unique. It's open and inviting, plenty of closet/storage space (LOVE THAT!) and a patio big enough for me to have a few people lounge on and still indulge in my love of plants and gardening. To be completely up-front, we are on one of the flight paths for Addison Airport - I knew this from living here before. You get used to it in no time - trust me - and it's by no means constant... maybe 3 a day that I notice (a few more on Saturdays). It certainly was not enough to outweight everything i stated above and I just couldn't speak more highly of living here.

The community is a nice quiet community with good services provided in a timely and courteous manner. The office personnel is very knowledgeable about the community, friendly and helpful.

Don't expect service from the site managers.

This is a very nice property. It is warm and cozy with very nice landscaping. There are added features that you do not see in most places, like very long windows with wooden blinds, and the layouts are open.

The community is very well kept and in a great location near many main freeways. The leasing professional came off as very open and caring.

I had never looked at town homes but the leasing professional gave me a new perspective about town homes. The apartment was good and reasonable for the price. The demonstration was wonderful and this made me move from a one bedroom to a town home.

I think the interior features need to be updated. The appliances are very old and the cabinets are outdated. The staff is very nice. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

I felt like the community was well kept and well presented. I would feel comfortable living there.

The floorplans were spacious with many decorative details. The amenities were just right for this size community and the rental rates were a fair price. The community was a comfortable lifestyle in a convenient location, yet secluded with hassle-free services and repairs. The property had dedicated employees trained to provide excellent service and superior quality with-in the community. This was a place where one could be proud to bring their family and friends. There were many benefits to enjoy by living in a professional managed community and their number-one goal seemed to be taking care of their residents.
