This is a beautiful community with a wonderful leasing staff.

The detachable garage was not appealing and would have been a deal breaker for me considering they have attachable garages. The community was perfect and a place anyone would love to call home.

I would have definitely moved to this community. It had the intimate feel that would make you feel like you lived in a community, as well as the ability to socialize and feel part of a group.

The location is ideal, right in the middle of all the goods of Dallas. 2 exits from the best restaurants on Knox Henderson and Lemmon Ave. Whole foods, Central market, Sprouts and Walmart all close by. community grounds are fantastic, no less than a country club without spending anywhere as much. not sure if its great for kids, but for couples, you can stop searching. you can't do better than this in this zipcode.

The agent made me feel valued and unique, and she made sure to find me the perfect apartment. The community was very appealing and looked to be very well looked after.

This apartment is wonderful. It is in an ideal location and the staff is very helpful. The amenities are second to none and I have been pleased with the apartment life thus far.

I liked the property layout. The entire community was layout was awesome. I liked the jogging trail the large fitness center. I love the fact the community had so much parking space options, such as covered parking and garages. I enjoyed the leasing agent and appreciated all the time she took to show me the right apartment I was looking for.

They should have a place for garbage at my end of the complex. It looks like mostly younger professionals here. I like it that no pets are allowed. My garage was entered by mistake and rented to someone else and all my stuff was thrown away...but i did get the garage back that same day...but I still fell bad that that happened to me.

The leasing professional was good and suitable for the job. I would recommend her. She could have created more of a rapport with me. She was just doing a sales pitch with me and nothing more.

The leasing professional did not impress me with enthusiasm when I arrived at the leasing center; however as the tour progressed, the leasing professional made more effort to develop a rapport. The leasing professional attempted to close the sale, but did not create a sense of urgency. If I were seriously considering a lease, I would have proceeded further based on her ability to successfully create a rapport during the walk to the model apartment and the return trip to the leasing center. I found that the leasing professional was successful making an attempt to relate to me and my needs.

It is a cozy, small community that feels like a little neighborhood of homes, complete with garages. No pets are allowed, and it is the second newest property in The Village. Generous floor plans finished with beautiful appointments complete the picture. This gated community is a great place to call home.
