Excellent apartment for the price. Pricing is very fair.
The price is amazing and it's close to several entertainment neighborhoods. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance and it is generally a safe area.

The community was more than adequate for the price range. Having access to a clubhouse and other facilities was a big plus, while its location near highways was also big drawcard. Although there are other communities around this one that might be more "upscale," the landscaping and neatness of this specific community matched those of higher end communities.

It's a hip and chic area that is close to everything. The community is full of like-minded young-professional individuals and it's a great place to live.
Right now, I'm very disappointed. It's great in many ways, but recent events have been disheartening.
Good maintenance of property, great location. Management has, in my experience recently, not been supportive of some of my concerns.

The apartment is nice but the people that work in the office are very rude and inconsiderate to their customers.
It's just so so. I would prefer the Green since they really offer very good service when I lived there last year.
Better take a second thought.

The community offered amenities that were mostly unmatched by other communities. It was in a great location. It was convenient for travel, shopping and dining. It was clean and very well maintained. It was an excellent value. The leasing professional was a wonderful host. She was knowledgeable and a great help, helping me find an apartment. She was attentive and sincerely interested in helping me.
