Nice apartments with a few issues.

Think about it carefully. Nice facilities, great amenities, but certain elements are neglected. The hallway floors are ALWAYS dirty. I find it hard to believe that they don't receive regular maintenance considering its the first thing you see upon entering the hallways. Even my visitors have remarked on it and I couldn't respond to it because they're right.

Quiet, Convenient location, Spacious designs

I would tell them the location is exceptional, I love my unit and view. It is very quiet. My only qualms are the odor from the water/plumbing and I think the prices are about $200 to high

I look forward to coming home. Square footage is a little small for the money. DTC are a bit pricey but worth it for me and my family. Unfortunately there are a few nasty neighbors nearby that leave their trash in the parking lot or in the hallways. This is something that needs to be addressed , but not sure how management will handle that. Overall, I LOVE DeSoto Town Center!

Very nice property with an upscale urban feel.

I enjoy living at DTC. My unit is very nice and the maintenance department is very prompt in attending to my needs. The new owner and property manager are doing things monthly to show their appreciation to the residents, which is an added plus. I've lived on the property for 8 months and am enjoying it so far.

The worst apartments ever.

I would tell them that looks are deceiving. The apartments look nice on the outside but there are all kinds of problems. The water issue is horrible, very thin walls, the parking garage is horrible also. These are the worst apartments that I have lived in.

Great apartment, noisy neighbors

I love the amenities, however, neighbors are noisy and don't respect quiet hours. Also, since we share a garage with the general public, it tends to be littered with all sorts of trash on weekends. Additionally, the trash chutes are rarely clean and free of garbage. More often than not, they are full and trash has to be deposited on the floor. Finally, the office is often closed earlier than hours posted, therefore, those of us desiring to access management after work have to guess as to whether they will be there or not.

The community looked outstanding, and I think it was a safe place for people to leave. It was surrounded by shops. The leasing professional was cordial.

I was very impressed with the community. It looked quite different inside that I thought. I think the interaction from the Leasing Professional could have been better. It seemed like she had an attitude when speaking to residents. She did go into detail about the items in the model and what made them suitable for residents. I stated that my fiance would eventually be moving in and she mentioned how that would be a perfect drive for him to work due to their location.
