It is likely that I would recommend the community. I liked the community amenities. The agent was pleasant. The apartment was more of a loft apartment, there was a lot of open space. Also, the rental rate was steep.

This is a loft-style community complete with a spa-like pool and new fitness equipment. This gated community is within walking distance of nearby restaurants and bars. Large open floor plans, stainless appliances and granite counter tops are just a few of the features you will find in your new apartment home.

I would recommend this community and could see myself living here. The community and the apartment both were in pristine condition. It had a posh, eclectic, affluent style that made it very unique. It was a very desirable place to live. The leasing professional was very detailed, accomplished, efficient, and professional. She seemed very experienced. She was authentic and positive and made it a good shopping experience overall.

There was nothing that I could really identify that would make this property better. It is a new property in a growing trendy area and priced as such.

The rent was a little higher than what I would like to pay, but over all I did love the apartment community. And the leasing professional did an outstanding job!

I thought the community was very nice. I think they could have more signs to the leasing office so that people can tell the difference from the other surrounding complexes.
